The Team Lead serves as a vital support pillar for all managers and staff, ensuring that retail operations consistently meet company standards. Working in conjunction with the Store Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a Florida medical marijuana dispensary, handling the unique needs of patients and customers while fostering a compliant and welcoming environment.
This role is about more than just oversight; it is about building a team. You will partner with leadership to hire and develop highly motivated individuals passionate about cannabis and committed to state and local regulations. Your day will involve coaching patient advocates, managing inventory accuracy, and ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to patient satisfaction and safety. You will be the bridge between operational excellence and the patient experience, ensuring that procedures are up-to-date, staff are well-trained, and the dispensary remains a safe, clean, and accessible space for all.
