The Patient Accounts Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the financial sustainability of our care mission. The purpose of this position is to bill all insurance plans within timely filing requirements, collect all outstanding account receivables, report spend downs to Medicaid, and submit notices of elections to ensure timely payment. This role involves diligent follow-up and collections to support the organization's ability to continue serving the community.
