Located in the UHealth Tower, the Patient Access Representative 1 serves as the first point of contact for patients and customers entering the facility. This role is vital to creating a welcoming atmosphere, projecting a professional demeanor, and ensuring a positive institutional image. You will act as the primary interface for the healthcare team, greeting visitors in person or on the telephone, directing them to their destinations, and keeping patients informed of any delays. The position requires handling general inquiries, managing administrative tasks like sorting mail and maintaining directories, and ensuring the reception area remains tidy and professional.
