This position serves as the vital first point of contact for patients, families, and external customers upon their arrival at AHN. The role is designed to create a positive initial impression while ensuring the accurate collection of clinical and financial information on behalf of the organization. You will be responsible for navigating complex processes including patient identification, scheduling, registration, financial clearance, and payment collection.
In this high-acuity environment, you will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to connect patients with financial advocacy resources and explain their financial responsibilities in a clear, empathetic manner.
