About the Role

As a Pastry Cook 1 at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, you will be the creative force behind our bakery operations. You will oversee daily activities, ensuring the precise execution of all menu items from scaling and mixing to baking, decorating, and finishing. Your work directly impacts the guest experience by delivering exceptional quality, temperature, portion control, and presentation across all resort restaurant outlets and banquets.

This role is designed for a skilled pastry professional who thrives in a high-volume environment. You will collaborate closely with Leads and Chefs to manage production plans, interpret BEOs (Banquet Event Orders), and handle special dietary needs. Beyond the kitchen, you may engage directly with guests by explaining cooking techniques, conducting promotional demonstrations, or assisting with custom cake requests and wedding show pieces.

Schedule & Location

This is a full-time position located at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa in Hawaii. As our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, full availability for any shift—including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays—is required.
