A luxury hotel in the San Diego area is seeking a talented Pastry Chef to lead the creation of resort-quality pastries and baked goods served across all hotel food outlets. Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, this role is dedicated to ensuring the efficient and professional production of desserts, pastries, and savory items while upholding high-end, fine-dining standards for every guest experience, tasting, and site inspection.
We are looking for a detail-oriented culinary leader who can effectively manage staff performance, drive departmental profitability, and foster a creative environment for menu development. The Pastry Chef will work collaboratively with Outlet Chefs de Cuisine to execute creative dessert menus and will be responsible for training and supporting the pastry team to ensure flawless execution of all baked goods and specialized items.
