About the Role

This position is based at our Britton, SD location and is a key part of our production operations. The role focuses on preparing metal parts for painting and other production processes by washing them to remove coolant, oil, and other interfering materials. Beyond cleaning, team members are responsible for visually inspecting parts, assembling products, and maintaining accurate inventory records within our business systems. The day-to-day workflow includes transporting baskets of parts to staging or finished goods areas, ensuring items are labeled correctly, and reworking units that do not pass quality control checks. Team members also utilize basic personal computer functions to record quantities in productivity software and may assist in training others on work methods and procedures.
