About the Role

As an Equipment Tech, you will be the backbone of our lab support operations, ensuring a pristine and compliant environment for our clients. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) controlled spaces. You will work closely with a diverse team of employees, customers, and contractors to manage the lifecycle of lab equipment—from washing and sterilization to assembly and delivery.

Your day will involve a blend of routine maintenance and technical tasks. You will operate and monitor complex equipment such as washer racks, CIP (Clean-in-Place) systems, and autoclaves, ensuring they function within strict safety and quality parameters. Beyond equipment operation, you will manage inventory, prepare production kits, and handle the transport of sensitive materials, including buffer totes and biobags. Attention to detail is critical, as you will be responsible for accurate documentation, including daily logs, wash labels, and sterilization records.

Working in a GMP environment requires a steadfast commitment to safety and protocol. You will be expected to follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), utilize proper personal protective equipment, and actively participate in a culture of safety by identifying and addressing potential risks. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where your contributions directly impact the success of our clients' manufacturing processes.
