The Parts Specialist role places you within a dynamic team geared towards exceptional customer service, where you will evolve alongside John Deere technology and become an expert in our solutions.

About the Role

As a Parts Specialist at 4Rivers Equipment in Las Cruces, you will join an energetic team that promotes and sells parts, accessories, and solutions. This position is designed for individuals who want to gain deep knowledge of John Deere equipment and parts, as well as those from multiple other vendors.

You will be involved in showroom merchandising, inventory management, and providing proactive customer support that keeps customers returning. Your day will involve answering phone calls professionally, assisting customers in identifying and purchasing parts, and fulfilling orders both in-person and online. You will also support service technicians and the sales department, ensuring all tasks are completed by the end of the day. Additionally, you will help maintain inventory integrity through cycle counts and keep work areas and assigned warehouse spaces neat and organized.
