Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAssist customers in selecting RV parts and accessories that fit their needs and budget
- check_circleSupport technicians by pulling requested parts and verifying compatibility for service bays
- check_circleReceive, inspect, and stock incoming parts shipments while maintaining accurate inventory records
- check_circleOrganize parts shelves, storage areas, and displays for accessibility and visual appeal
- check_circleProcess customer orders in person, by phone, and online including quotes and returns
- check_circleCommunicate with vendors to check availability, pricing, and track special orders
- check_circleAssist in cycle counts, inventory audits, and resolving stock discrepancies
- check_circleProvide recommendations on accessories and upgrades to enhance customer experience
Requirements
- verifiedAbility to pass a background and drug test
- verifiedBasic understanding of RV or vehicle systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance)
- verifiedComfort with computers and parts-management software
Nice to Have
Experience in RV parts, automotive parts, hardware retail, or a similar environment.
