About the Role
The Parts Outfitter Associate is the backbone of our service operations, ensuring the right parts are available at the right time to deliver a superior customer experience. You will serve as a vital link between customers, technicians, and internal teams by sourcing, organizing, and distributing RV parts and accessories.
In this role, you will manage inventory, assist customers with product selection, and process orders while maintaining a well-organized parts department. Your work directly contributes to efficient service workflows, reduced stockouts, and high customer satisfaction. You will provide knowledgeable guidance on RV parts, accessories, and product compatibility, ensuring that both customers and technicians have the tools they need to succeed.

Requirements
