About the Role
Camping World is seeking a Fixed Operations Director to join our growing team and lead our Service Center. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction and profitability while supporting and managing Service Managers. You will drive the department's success through increased sales, gross profit, and effective P&L management, ensuring a safe and functional working environment for all associates.

You will build and foster a high-performing culture that promotes employee development, retention, and philanthropy. As a leader, you will cultivate strong working relationships with external vendors and create an environment where technicians, service advisors, parts associates, and other team members can thrive through continual development and best hiring practices.
Compensation & Benefits
This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation) is $95,000 - $145,000 or more, depending on skill sets, experience, training, and organizational needs.
