About the Role

As a Penske Maintenance Supervisor, you will serve as the bridge between our skilled diesel technicians and our customers. This role is designed for individuals with strong communication and organizational skills who want to engage their team, maintain high morale, and ensure customer satisfaction without needing to be a mechanic themselves. You will coordinate, schedule, and audit vehicle maintenance repairs—including preventative, mechanical, and electrical work on tractors, trucks, and trailers.

Your day will involve prioritizing and assigning work to meet customer needs while controlling repair, inventory, and labor costs. You will be responsible for the hiring, training, and ongoing development of maintenance technicians and Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), ensuring our workforce meets the high expectations of our clients. Additionally, you will manage facility operations to assure a clean and safe working environment while coaching associates to exceed service standards.
