Join a global leader in logistics and data center operations as a Data Center Material Handler. This position supports a high-tech facility in Mesa, AZ, focusing on server rack builds, electronic hardware installation, quality control, and inventory support. You will work alongside skilled team members in a cutting-edge facility, performing hands-on tasks such as loading and unloading freight, verifying part numbers, and executing daily inventory cycle counts. The day-to-day involves processing return shipments, assisting with the precise placement and alignment of server racks using laser measuring tools, and installing cabling by following detailed diagrams. If you enjoy teamwork, technical assembly, and maintaining a clean, organized work area compliant with safety and 5S standards, this role is for you.
This is a Weekend Day Shift position (Friday – Monday, 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Please note that the first 2–4 weeks of training will take place on a weekday day shift (Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM) before transitioning to the weekend schedule. Candidates must be willing and available to work overtime as needed.
The base pay is $21.00 per hour, with an automatic $1.00 per hour raise after becoming a permanent hire. In addition to competitive pay, the company provides free lunch, snacks, and drinks on-site.
