The Parts Department is the backbone of our operations, ensuring that customers have the right components when they need them to maintain their productivity.
The Parts Department Warehouse Supervisor is a pivotal leadership role designed to bridge the gap between strategic planning and daily execution. You will partner closely with the Parts Manager to evaluate, allocate, and direct human, physical, and financial resources, ensuring the department operates with efficiency and stability. This position exists to maintain the high standards of service Holt CAT is known for by overseeing the seamless flow of parts from the warehouse to the counter.
In this role, you will model our core business values every day, demonstrating alignment with the company mission while collaborating with key internal and external resources. Your day-to-day involves supervising daily operations, from managing parts counter functions like order processing and returns to overseeing warehouse logistics including inventory receipting, cycle counts, and core processing. You will also guide a team of Parts Counter Representatives, Warehouse Clerks, and Cashiers, focusing on their development, performance, and safety.
Candidates with industry experience are preferred. The interview process will assess your technical knowledge of parts systems, your leadership capabilities, and your fit within our safety-first culture. Successful candidates will be expected to demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to influence and consult with various stakeholders.
