Our Construction Equipment Group is seeking a dedicated Parts Coordinator for our Jackson, MI location. This is a union position within Operating Engineers Local 324. About the Role
As a Parts Coordinator, you will be a vital link in our operations, ensuring that parts purchases and sales are processed efficiently while actively driving revenue. Your day will involve a blend of customer service, inventory management, and physical logistics. You will ensure profit levels meet department goals while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction for both external clients and internal teams.
Your responsibilities will include checking in, unpacking, and organizing delivered parts, as well as picking, packaging, and preparing items for delivery. You will play a key role in maintaining department order and cleanliness, assisting with physical inventory counts, and incorporating Alta's Guiding Principles into your daily activities. Whether you are selling the world's best big iron or rolling up your sleeves to service our industry-leading brands, your contribution fosters our commitment to "Customers for Life."
