This is a U.S.-based remote role with up to 80% travel.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleLead and grow consulting engagements within the U.S. Life Sciences sector
- check_circleDrive business development including proposals, client presentations, and deal negotiations
- check_circleServe as senior advisor and primary point of contact for client executives
- check_circleLead cross-functional teams to deliver strategic and operational solutions
- check_circleIdentify new client opportunities and expand existing accounts
- check_circleOversee project execution to ensure quality deliverables and data-driven insights
- check_circleMentor and develop consulting staff to foster high-performing teams
- check_circleContribute to firm thought leadership through conferences and publications
Requirements
- verifiedMaster's degree or higher in Life Sciences, Business, Engineering, or related
- verified10+ years of experience across consulting and Life Sciences organizations
- verifiedMinimum 3 years of business development experience
- verifiedU.S. work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship
