We are incredibly proud to have been certified as a Great Place to Work for three consecutive years (2023–2025), with our Greek entity also recognized among the Best Workplaces in Greece and Europe.
At the end of this journey, you'll become a proud member of Hack The Box, with the ultimate mission to raise cyber resilience so that every organization can stay ahead of tomorrow's threats.
The Partner Development Manager (Federal) will be the architect of our public sector ecosystem across North America. You will manage strategic resellers, boutique defense contractors, and large System Integrators who hold the keys to the region's most critical infrastructure. Working closely with Sales and Marketing, you will ensure our partners are cleared, enabled, and positioned to win large-scale government tenders.
Your day-to-day will involve managing existing specialized Federal resellers and SIs to ensure HTB is baked into their Cyber Practice and long-term government contracts. You will explore joint go-to-market motions with complementary technology partners to provide holistic Cyber Readiness solutions for government agencies. You will also support partner sales cycles by navigating complex government procurement processes, providing "HTB expertise" during RFI/RFP stages to ensure our value proposition is clearly articulated to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Beyond strategy, you will lead Quarterly Business Reviews with key Federal partners to track performance and realign on strategic mission goals. You will facilitate the training of partner sales and technical teams, ensuring they can articulate the shift from "theoretical training" to "hands-on cyber performance." You will also maintain high data hygiene within our PRM and CRM, tracking partner-sourced pipeline and deal registrations specifically within the Public Sector vertical.
Joining Hack The Box means embarking on an exciting journey of continuous learning and problem-solving. You will contribute to a product highly appreciated by users and the cybersecurity community at large within a supportive and caring environment that fosters growth, flexibility, and autonomy. Fun is an essential ingredient in our recipe for success; you can expect to have a blast at HTB, from global meet-ups to dedicated budgets for professional development and conference participation. Most importantly, you will have full access to the Hack The Box lab offerings, allowing you to learn how to hack while you work.
To join our team, you will navigate a structured interview process designed to assess both your technical acumen and cultural fit. While specific steps vary, candidates can generally expect an initial screening, followed by deeper discussions regarding strategic execution and domain knowledge, and concluding with team alignment interviews.
