This position is designed to deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers. You will embody our customer experience principles and philosophy while maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The role requires adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. You may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the evolving needs of the business.
In this role, you will model established customer experience practices for both internal and external customers. You will support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect, while accurately processing purchases and returns. Your day will involve promoting credit and loyalty programs, upholding merchandising standards, and initiating store recovery efforts to maintain the sales floor. You will also participate in safety awareness initiatives and work effectively with peers and supervisors to meet shrink reduction goals.
