About the Role
We are seeking two professional Housekeepers to join our team in full-time or part-time positions. This role exists to ensure our facilities remain welcoming and safe for all residents, guests, and visitors. You will be the eyes and hands of our operations, transforming spaces through thorough cleaning and organization.
In your day-to-day, you will manage corridors, lobbies, stairways, lounges, and guest rooms with efficiency. Your work involves organizing schedules based on room status, distributing linens and supplies, and restocking amenities like soaps and mini-fridge items. You will replace dirty linens, inspect mattresses, and ensure all room appliances are functioning correctly. Beyond cleaning, you will serve as a point of contact for guests, promptly responding to queries, requests, and issues such as spills or maintenance needs. You will also maintain strict confidentiality and security standards while reporting any hazards or property damage immediately.
