About the Role
As an Echocardiograph Specialist, you will perform diagnostic procedures for referring physicians, ensuring the highest quality of care to aid in patient diagnosis. You will be the face of our center for patients of all ages, addressing their needs and questions with professionalism and courtesy. Your role is critical in coordinating patient care with referring physicians and radiologists to ensure accurate, timely, and complete examinations.
You will manage the entire workflow of Echocardiograph exams, from verifying patient orders and study details to organizing documentation in our EMR and PACS systems. Maintaining a clean, stocked work area and adhering to strict HIPAA practices are essential parts of your daily responsibilities. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining your ARDMS certification through continuing education.
Hiring Process & Onboarding
Successful candidates will report to our Mount Olive location on their first day for onboarding. Please note that while the specific schedule will be discussed during the interview process, reliable commuting to our Fair Lawn, NJ location (07410) or planning to relocate before starting work is required.
Health & Safety Requirements
To ensure the safety of our patients and staff, ImageCare has a strict company policy requiring all personnel to be vaccinated with the MMR vaccine and the yearly flu shot. Proof of vaccination will be required upon hire.
