Parkland Health Center serves the people of St. Francois County and surrounding areas in southeastern Missouri with two locations: a full-service acute care hospital in Farmington and a rural emergency hospital in Bonne Terre. The Farmington campus offers a full continuum of care, including medical-surgical and intensive care, obstetrics, emergency services, oncology, an infusion center, a wound care clinic, and the Huckstep Heart and Lung Center. Bonne Terre provides essential emergency services and outpatient care, including medical observation, lab, radiology, and sleep studies.
About the Role
As a Cardiac Sonographer, you will perform a variety of cardiac testing, including treadmill stress testing, holter monitoring, transthoracic echocardiography, transesophageal echo, stress echo, and cardiac doppler. You will conduct tests and procedures at various locations, maintain accurate patient logs, update daily charges in the computer system, and manage cardiac lab patient files.
This is a newly approved position with an increased compensation package. The role offers a flexible schedule of 27 hours per week, working Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. Enjoy a schedule with no weekends, no holidays, and no call responsibilities.
