About the Role
This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering a highly satisfied customer experience. You will embody our customer experience principles by engaging and interacting with all customers while maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your role involves adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, ensuring the store runs smoothly and safely.
You will be a key part of our store culture, modeling honesty, integrity, and respect. The day-to-day responsibilities include accurately processing customer purchases and returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, and maintaining our merchandising philosophy. You will also participate in store recovery, safety awareness, and shrink reduction programs. As a team member, you may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the business needs, requiring the ability to multi-task and respond appropriately to unexpected situations.
