About the Role
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the trusted advisor for our customers, providing expert advice and trustworthy automotive guidance to enhance their shopping experience. Your day-to-day involves engaging with customers to understand their vehicle needs, recommending the right products and services, and utilizing diagnostic tools to read codes and suggest solutions. Beyond customer interaction, you will maintain a well-stocked and organized store, manage inventory, and ensure smooth point-of-sale operations while adhering to strict safety and loss prevention policies. Hiring Process
