About the Role
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service by exceeding expectations and making a real difference for our customers. In this position, you will engage with customers to provide trustworthy automotive advice and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication. You will collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment, demonstrating leadership in daily responsibilities. Your day-to-day will involve recommending products and promotions to enhance the customer experience while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
You will also manage inventory by restocking merchandise, maintaining organization, and following proper point-of-sale procedures and loss prevention policies. Safety is a priority; you will utilize structured processes to complete tasks efficiently and adhere to company safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Additionally, you will stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems and may utilize diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
