At Ascend Behavior Partners, our values are not just statements on a coffee mug; they are woven into our DNA, visible in every interaction with clients, families, and our fellow "Ascenders." We proudly deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in play-based natural environments for children with an autism diagnosis up to age seven. Our mission is to partner with families to build a strong foundation for their children in early childhood and beyond.
As an early childhood Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will be the heart of our service delivery. This position requires a big-hearted spirit, empathy, and a playful energy akin to Mary Poppins, alongside the quick thinking of Spider-Man to adapt to the dynamic needs of our clients. You will be responsible for positively impacting the lives of children with autism and their families, providing life-changing services in a professional setting.
The role demands reliability and a strong sense of accountability. You will manage a healthy work-life balance by planning ahead for time off and maintaining consistent communication with your team. Physically, the job involves floor play, running, climbing, and standing for long periods, as well as lifting up to 50 pounds. You may find yourself jumping on a trampoline, dancing, or engaging in acrobatic play, as every day brings new opportunities to support a child's development.
We are a responsive employer committed to moving quickly. Upon applying, a dedicated Talent Advisor will personally contact you via email within one business day to discuss your candidacy.
