About the Role

We are hiring a Part-Time Evening Behavior Technician to join our team. In this role, you will directly implement skill acquisition and behavior-reduction plans developed by your supervisor. You will work with a diverse range of patient demographics, including children and adolescents, across various settings such as schools, homes, clinics, and community locations.

Your day will involve accurately completing required documentation and data collection daily, as well as managing online billing according to authorized insurance codes. You will meet regularly with your supervisor and participate in consultations, both in-person with clients and with the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This position requires physical engagement, including the ability to move quickly between locations, support clients through physical prompting, and transition between various postures such as sitting, standing, squatting, kneeling, twisting, bending, and reaching.

Hiring Process

To join our team, candidates must complete a 40-hour training program conducted by a BACB certificant based on the RBT Task List and pass the RBT Competency Assessment. The process also includes obtaining a fingerprint clearance card and passing a criminal background check. We value safety and expect all employees to follow all safety rules and policies.
