About the Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will actively incorporate our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." Your role involves developing a deep awareness of residents' interests and needs, assisting them in maximizing their independence and participation. You will provide exemplary care ranging from basic needs and activities of daily living to recreational activities, all while helping to create a safe environment for resident care.

Hiring Process
To be successful in this role, candidates must hold a certified Washington State NAC/CNA certificate. Prior CNA or caregiving experience is strongly preferred, though new grads are welcome. Licenses such as Food Workers Cert and CPR Training are required.
