About the Role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will actively incorporate our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." Your role involves developing a deep awareness of residents' interests and needs, assisting them to maximize their independence and participation. You will provide exemplary care ranging from basic needs and activities of daily living to recreational activities, all while helping to create a safe environment for resident care.
