The household is active and structured, valuing a proactive and dependable caregiver who can seamlessly support both childcare and light household organization. While a Montessori background is a plus, the family is primarily looking for someone who can bring energy and consistency to their daily routine.
About the Role
This position is designed to provide safe, engaging, and structured care immediately after school hours. The role focuses on creating a calm, child-friendly environment where the children can transition smoothly from school to home. You will be responsible for picking up both children from a nearby location and supervising them through active play and enrichment activities. In addition to childcare, you will assist with light meal preparation and help maintain an organized after-school routine. This is a local role with no travel required, offering a stable schedule from Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM, for 20 guaranteed hours per week.
