About the Role
As a Leasing Consultant at Ridge, The, you will be the face of our community, responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations. You will play a pivotal role in driving property success by effectively showing, qualifying, and leasing prospective residents. Your day will involve greeting guests, conducting tours, managing model units, and guiding prospects through the lease signing process.
Beyond leasing, you will foster a vibrant community by assisting in resident retention programs, managing service requests, and ensuring consistent, high-quality customer service. You will also contribute to the general upkeep of the office and common areas, while utilizing sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic and exceed leasing goals. This role requires regular onsite attendance and a commitment to enforcing community policies while ensuring resident satisfaction.

Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15 to $16 per hour. Our comprehensive total rewards package includes medical, dental, vision, life, accidental, and disability insurance, as well as a 401K with employer matching. Full-time employees also receive paid sick days and company holidays. Performance bonuses and commissions may be applicable depending on the role and individual performance.
