This position is located at our Branch (602 W. Route 66). In this role, you will be the face of our brand, delivering results on store profitability goals while providing a quality customer sales experience. You will determine customers' needs and provide them with solutions that satisfy those needs, handling cash and accurately entering transactions into the system. Additionally, you will contact customers over the phone with past due balances to negotiate payment terms and schedules, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately while following safety, security, and compliance requirements.
