About the Role
As a Wellness Nurse (LPN/RN) within the Resident Services Department, you will play a pivotal role in the overall implementation, delivery, and coordination of care services at our Brewster community. This position is designed for those who possess a deep passion for working with seniors and wish to be part of a family that values growth and compassion. You will partner closely with the Resident Services Director to ensure high-quality care, fostering positive relationships with residents, families, and physicians. Your day-to-day impact will be felt through your mentorship of the care team, your guidance in medication programs, and your commitment to maintaining the highest standards of resident satisfaction and well-being.

Requirements
- verifiedRN or LPN license in Massachusetts
- verifiedExperience in assisted living or long-term care setting
- verifiedBasic First Aid and CPR certification
