About the Role
As a Wellness Nurse (LPN/RN) within the Wellness Resident Care department, you will play a vital role in assisting the Resident Services Director with the overall implementation, delivery, and coordination of care services at our Brewster community. This position is designed for those who possess a deep passion for working with seniors and want to make a profound difference in their lives every day.
In this role, you will serve as a bridge between residents, their families, and physicians, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and care quality. You will supervise Resident Services Department associates, including C.N.A.s, while managing medication programs and supporting clinical assessments. Beyond clinical duties, you will mentor new associates, participate in training programs, and help shape the department's culture through coaching and performance management.
