As a Community Assistant at our Live on Hillsborough location, you will be the face of our community, responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations. You will play a vital role in ensuring our residents feel welcomed and valued while driving the property's leasing goals.
In this dynamic position, you will greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and guide them through the leasing process from initial inquiry to move-in. Your day will involve managing prospect traffic, maintaining model units, and ensuring accurate data entry. Beyond leasing, you will be instrumental in fostering community spirit by assisting with resident retention programs, special promotions, and newsletters. You will also serve as a first point of contact for resident concerns, ensuring excellent customer service and timely responses to service requests. By projecting a favorable image of the community and enforcing community policies, you will help achieve our property objectives and public recognition.
