This position is designed for a licensed therapist to support and ensure the Intensive Outpatient (IOP) team and clients function safely, effectively, and efficiently. The role focuses on promoting high-quality standards while supporting departmental tasks, communication, conflict resolution, and time management. You will collaborate with the team to maintain treatment fidelity, adhere to company policies, and ensure client satisfaction.
