Event Partners Inc. (EPI) is a leading event staff provider in the Southeast, servicing the sport and entertainment industry since 2005. We provide quality parking, access control, guest services, and front-of-house staff for numerous athletic events, concerts, and special events throughout South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia.
About the Role
The Part-Time Event Staff member will primarily support parking operations at Duke University Athletics. Working alongside EPI's Event Supervisors and the Director of Operations, you will ensure the successful operation of events held around Duke University's campus. You will also assist operations in the Raleigh/Durham region, with potential opportunities in Winston-Salem, Greensboro, and Charlotte.
Your focus will be on ensuring guests attending Duke University, Wake Forest, the Lenovo Center, and other venues in the Raleigh/Durham and Winston-Salem/Greensboro areas have a safe and enjoyable experience. This includes monitoring access into reserved lots, ensuring guests park in appropriate areas, and following guidelines to provide superior customer service.
