About the Role
As a Part Time Event Security Officer, you will be the face of our security operations, ensuring a safe and secure atmosphere for all attendees. This role is vital for maintaining order while providing a friendly and courteous greeting to guests. You will be expected to present a professional appearance and attitude at all times, demonstrating dependability and punctuality for scheduled events.
The position requires adaptability to the dynamic nature of stadium operations. You will navigate the facility's layout and wayfinding systems to assist visitors, while remaining vigilant in following all security protocols. The role demands physical stamina to work in all weather conditions, including standing for long periods and navigating stairs, alongside the ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.
Hiring Process
Interested candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED. All applicants are required to pass a background check. While previous security experience is preferred, it is not mandatory for this position.
Work Environment
This is a part-time role with a flexible timeframe that varies based on the stadium's event schedule. Teammates often have the opportunity to work night and weekend shifts, particularly during move-in, move-out, and event days.
