About the Role
As an Optician, you will play a key role in our mission by assisting customers with eyeglass and contact lens dispensing. Your day will involve providing contact lens insertion and removal training, offering product education, and maintaining accurate patient records. You will also manage order follow-up, including customer notifications and weekly outreach, while supporting quality and operational excellence by adhering to safety standards and company policies.
In addition to clinical duties, you will maintain inventory control and merchandising standards to ensure a clean, organized work environment. You may also have the opportunity to mentor Apprentice Opticians as permitted by law, helping to grow the next generation of optical professionals.
