About the Role
As a PODS Driver, you are the face of our company at the customer's doorstep. Your primary mission is to ensure the safe, efficient, and incident-free delivery and pickup of containers, maintaining excellent rapport with every client you serve. You will operate a commercial truck equipped with a patented lift mechanism, handling the logistics of loading and unloading while ensuring the vehicle and equipment remain in top condition.
This role is more than just driving; it involves coordinating rental paperwork, communicating effectively with customers and management, and performing necessary maintenance on containers and lifts in the field. You will work closely with the Driver Lead or Market Manager to resolve customer issues and ensure business needs are met, often accepting additional deliveries to support operations.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for this position must be available to attend a required 2-week New Hire Driver Training Program. Successful completion of this training is essential before beginning independent operations.
