About the Role
As a PODS Driver, you are the face of our company at customer locations. Your primary mission is to ensure the safe, efficient, and incident-free delivery and pickup of containers, maintaining excellent rapport with every client you serve. You will operate a commercial truck equipped with a patented lift mechanism, handling the loading and unloading of containers while adhering to strict safety protocols.
Your day involves more than just driving; you will coordinate rental paperwork and payments, verify deliveries using handheld computers, and perform necessary maintenance on both containers and equipment. Whether you are performing field repairs, managing storage center backups, or communicating complex issues to your Driver Lead, your role ensures the seamless operation of our logistics network.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for this position must be prepared to attend a required 2-week New Hire Driver Training Program. Successful completion of this training is essential before beginning full duties.
