About the Role

This position is the bridge between our warehouse operations and the customer's home. You will be responsible for delivering a seamless experience that begins with understanding customer needs and ends with the safe installation of their new appliances. Your day involves coordinating with truck drivers, verifying merchandise, and ensuring every delivery meets our high standards for safety and timeliness.

You will act as a knowledgeable ambassador for Lowe's, walking customers through projects, explaining feature benefits, and handling special orders. Whether you are loading a truck, inspecting appliances for damage, or installing and testing equipment in a customer's home, your focus is on providing SMART customer service. You will also play a critical role in maintaining the safety and security of our stores and vehicles, ensuring compliance with Department of Transportation regulations and keeping our work environments organized and hazard-free.

Hiring Process

Candidates must possess a valid Class A or Class B CDL License (depending on vehicle type) and a valid medical certificate. The process includes a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screen and verification of ability to obtain necessary sales-related licensure. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and capable of performing basic arithmetic.
