About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and licensed real estate agent to join us as a Part-Time Broker Associate. This unique position offers a flexible-hour arrangement to help manage and operate our small office environment. The role is designed for an agent who wants direct access to an established broker and immediate in-house property listings.
In this capacity, you will work directly with the broker/owner to list, market, and follow up on over 50 COMAX-owned properties. The position provides a base salary alongside full commission opportunities on listings and sales. You will gain exposure to the full spectrum of real estate, including residential, commercial, land, and builder-related transactions, while assisting with day-to-day brokerage activities, online marketing, and office organization.
