About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Leasing Agent serving our Williamsport apartment communities. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, greeting prospective residents and showcasing our communities. You will be the face of our properties, assisting with leasing activities and providing exceptional customer service to support our occupancy goals. Whether you are showing apartments, running tenant applications, or handling daily communications and work order requests, your focus will be on creating a positive experience for our residents.
A Pennsylvania Real Estate License is preferred but not required; if you do not have one, PMI will cover the cost to obtain it. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with excellent customer service and sales skills to launch or advance their career in the multi-family housing industry.
