About the Role

Lighthouse is seeking passionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team of professionals. As a Behavior Technician, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and other special needs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

As you build a relationship with children and their families, your work will directly contribute to their growth, development, and improved quality of life. This is a fulfilling and impactful position within a warm, collaborative team of experienced therapists.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with children on the autism spectrum and individuals with special needs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential to effectively engage with clients, parents, and the interdisciplinary team.

You will be detail-oriented, able to accurately follow treatment plans, and possess strong organizational and time-management skills to manage a caseload. Additionally, availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is required to accommodate client schedules.
