Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for a Parking Supervisor at the Greater Columbus Convention Center. In this role, you will serve as the operational backbone of our parking department, ensuring seamless coordination between the parking staff, user groups, hotel partners, and public safety. You will be responsible for supervising daily activities, maintaining facility standards, and fostering a positive, safety-conscious team environment.

As a Parking Supervisor, your day will involve acting as a key liaison for the department, conducting facility inspections, and managing shift logs to track equipment status and unique occurrences. You will lead Lane Ambassadors and maintenance staff, providing direction on policies and operational procedures while resolving customer inquiries with a focus on positive relations. The role also requires hands-on involvement in revenue control, spot checks, and assisting with special projects, including snow removal and remediation efforts during inclement weather.
