About the Role
Your next adventure starts here! As a Park Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a team dedicated to maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient waterpark environment. This role exists to ensure operational excellence and compliance with safety standards while keeping attractions and facilities in top condition.
You will thrive in a fast-paced setting where great times and exciting opportunities go hand in hand. Your day-to-day involves conducting daily inspections of guest areas, managing preventative maintenance programs, and providing guidance to the maintenance team. You will be the first line of defense for guest safety, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally while collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
