You will work closely with teachers and the autism support team to assist students who may require help with communication, behavior regulation, sensory needs, social skills, and structured academic instruction. Your day-to-day impact involves utilizing specialized tools such as AAC devices, PECS, visual schedules, and individualized behavior plans to empower students in their educational journey.
We are seeking candidates to serve across various grade levels, including Elementary (K-4) at 7 schools, Intermediate/Middle (5-8) at 3 schools, and High School (9-12) at 2 schools. Whether guiding students through daily routines, supporting transitions to specials and recess, or collaborating with speech-language pathologists and BCBAs, your contribution is essential to maintaining a safe and effective operation.
