We are seeking a self-motivated individual to provide essential support for our medical malpractice, personal injury, and wrongful death attorneys. In this office-based position, you will be primarily responsible for supporting two attorneys on a daily basis. Your day will involve requesting, summarizing, and organizing medical records and bills, assisting with the filing of various court documents, and managing correspondence and file maintenance. You will also play a key role in communicating with clients, drafting and editing documents, and maintaining calendars and deadlines. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This is an office-based position located in Sioux Falls, SD. Relocation or a daily commute to this location is required. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (40 hours per week), with occasional overtime required to meet deadlines. We also offer modified summer hours.
