The Real Estate Paralegal III serves as a strategic partner to attorneys and project teams, providing advanced support for complex real estate matters within our energy development projects. This role is designed to oversee key real property activities with a high degree of autonomy, ensuring the seamless execution of land acquisition, leasing, title review, and due diligence processes.
In this position, you will coordinate multi-party workflows and assist in resolving real property issues across Invenergy's diverse portfolio. You will act as a central hub for transaction efficiency, managing data rooms, tracking project milestones, and supporting the closing process. The role requires not only technical expertise in title and survey matters but also the ability to guide and support other team members involved in the real estate process, contributing to the team's overall efficiency and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong collaboration abilities. Ability to lead workflows and support the development of junior team members.
